The Competition begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian Easter Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on 8 December 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEDT on 8 January 2023 (the “Competition Period”).

Eugene's Website (https://eugenelabs.com) is the official time-keeping device for the Competition.

ELIGIBILITY: The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have otherwise reached the age of majority in their state/territory of residence at the time of
entry.

Employees of Promoter or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Competition, their respective parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. 

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about 01 February 2023, one entrant received during the Competition Period will be selected at random will be declared the winner. Entrant selected as a winner will be notified within two (2) days of winner selection by email and/or phone, at Promoter’s sole discretion, using the contact information provided by the entrant.

PRIZE VALUE: Prize winner will receive one (1) Eugene digital Gift Card (total value $AU 500). This gift card will be valid for 12 months since date of issue.

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Competition will be used to administer the Competition, select the winners, and fulfill the prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this Competition, an entrant consents and agrees to Promoter’s collection, use, disclosure and storage of entrant’s information for the administration of this Competition and for any purposes consistent with such privacy policy.  The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Eligible entrants can request access to their personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address above.

RULES GOVERN: The Competition will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, which shall prevail, govern and control in the event of any inconsistency with any Competition-related materials. These Official Rules are subject to change from time to time at Promoter’s discretion, and only the currently posted form will apply.
